Jackson Wang, since I heard about you have anaemia, I have been studying about anaemia. The symptom, the causes, treatment and even the history of anaemia.
I don't know what type of anaemia you endure but from what I've been studied, I think it's because of lack of iron and vitamin B12.
Since you're skinner than before, I think you're not eating good foods for yourself and starve yourself. That may cause lack of iron. Our body need sufficient iron and vitamin B12 to produce blood.
You need to eat more good foods, Jackson.
One of the most precious foods is dates fruit. It's sweet, given you energy, restored iron and have enough mineral and vitamins for your body. You only need to take 3 dates per day. Since you very like organic, that's my recommendation for you.
I also concerned when I heard you are stressed. I can't say anything about you being stressed because you can handle it better than me. The only thing that I can suggest is you shall look to nature and green more. That is the best way to relax your mind. In your situation, if can, please go to somewhere fresh with nature once a week or fortnight.
You can work forever but please spend more time to appreciate yourself. Don't spare too much of yourself now because you have long way to go. A very very very long way. Don't mind any negative comment. Literally, everybody in this world have haters, not even one in this world don't have any haters. Humans will never satisfied.
Last but not least, I want to say 'Happy Birthday'. I have an instinct that you will be one of the most important person in the world.

Hi again.
Today is one of the most unforgetable day for IGOT7. I just can't believe with what I see.
I'm watching Music Bank today with my sister and my sister is ONCE. Today is GOT7 vs TWICE.
My sister be like, "They will not win that trophy against TWICE. TWICE will win for another 2 times. TWICE will win."
You know how hurt my feeling when I heard that ? It feels like "Dude, TWICE not the only group that will win in music show." I'm not expect a lot that GOT7 will win because you know 'against TWICE'. I just remembered what Mark said "We don't care anymore if our album not topping the chart as long as we have you."
Fortunately, we made it. We make GOT7 win against TWICE. I'm not offending TWICE but IGOT7 work very very hard because you know IGOT7 not big as TWICE's fandom ( but IGOT7 is quite big for a normal KPOP group ) which I am very glad because we have less haters.
I'm very thankful that Korean already open their eyes on GOT7 and I'm very thankful to IGOT7 from all around the world because gives the trophy to our precious boys.
Let them be the "KING OF OUR HEART" .
But, I'm a bit pissed off when some Buddies can't accept the fact that GOT7 win against GFRIEND.
I know GFRIEND have win 'triple crown' in many music shows before but sometimes luck is not at their side. I know GFRIEND put a lot of efforts for their comeback. GOT7 put a lot of efforts too for comeback. We (IGOT7) work very hard to give GOT7 the trophies.
Before GOT7's comeback, most of us were very worried because we would against GFRIEND and TWICE. We were wondering how we gonna give the trophies to GOT7. Luckily, many IGOT7 anticipate for this comeback and put tons of effort for GOT7.
We are known as 'LAZY FANDOM' before but not anymore now.
